The rooms are spacious and include full kitchens, which is great for families. The breakfast options were limited, and the pool area got very crowded. Nice location for biking and nearby golf courses. Watch out for the noise from housekeeping in the morning.

Room was spacious and had a nice kitchen. Staff was friendly but the beds were uncomfortably firm. Great location for biking and easy access to golf courses.

I loved how we were just a short ride away from beautiful beaches and handy stores, making our weekend strolls enjoyable with plenty of food and shopping close by; plus, the walking trails and golf courses added to the fun adventures we could have after breakfast, which included a nice mix of microwavable egg and bacon biscuits alongside fresh fruit, coffee and tea, but it would have been even better if the hotel had improved the pillows for added comfort.

The loft suite provided ample space for my family of five, complete with a convenient kitchenette. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options daily, and the well-kept property made for a relaxing retreat. Highly recommend for families!

Great location and super friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean and updated with a kitchenette for heating food. Loved the tile floors for pet owners. The bathroom was a good size and very tidy. Access to the pool and hot tub was a nice bonus too.

I was really frustrated when I found out I couldn't leave my bags at the hotel before checking in. They said I could, but when I arrived, the bag room was unavailable, forcing me to extend my rental car.

Just a decent option for a flash stay in Hilton Head Island with all in all brilliant value for money. Extremely clean everywhere.

The rooms were spacious and spotless. Great amenities like laundry service and a solid breakfast to fuel your day.
It wasn't cheap, but the experience was still worth it.

Clean room, clean kitchenette with a spacious setup that allowed us to prepare our own meals and enjoy quality time together.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The architecture is stunning, blending perfectly with the Southern vibe. I loved the spacious kitchenette and the green spaces for my dog to roam free.
The pet fee is a bit steep for a single night.

The loft suite was huge and super comfy! We loved lounging by the pool and soaking in the jacuzzi. The staff were friendly, and I can’t get enough of that 24-hour delicious coffee!

Check-in was smooth, and the loft suite's two bathrooms were a fantastic touch. Shay at the front desk was knowledgeable and friendly, making our Valentine’s getaway special. the pet policy felt inconsistent; I faced unexpected charges regarding my emotional support animal, which was infuriating. While the room was generally clean and the breakfast offered variety, some areas, like the bathroom, raised concerns. The separate buildings made moving around inconvenient, especially in bad weather. Amenities like an ATM are needed, and an earlier breakfast service would truly enhance the experience for early risers.

Spacious loft suite ideal for families. Plenty of room for my husband, three kids, and our dog. The kitchenette was a lifesaver. Immaculate facilities and beautifully decorated. The breakfast spread exceeded expectations—scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit. the front desk staff was unhelpful at check-in. We were placed next to a loud ice machine, disrupting our sleep. A $90 charge for my dog felt excessive. The sliding bathroom door wasn’t toddler-friendly. The weight room had inadequate equipment. An unexpected extra charge post-checkout raised concerns, though it was resolved swiftly. Despite shortcomings, the peaceful, well-maintained grounds offered a respite. Careful with your check-out details. Would consider returning with adjustments.

The first-floor room was convenient for our dog. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the spacious layout was a plus. the TV placement made it difficult to watch from the sofa; turning your head constantly was not ideal. The two bathrooms were great, and the separation between the living area and bedroom added privacy. The appliances functioned well, though the sliding bathroom door was a bit problematic. Breakfast was often not hot, leading us to eat out instead. Access to ice could’ve been improved with extra locations on each floor.

Shelter Cove's vibrant watersports scene kept the family entertained. The beach park we visited had everything: from play areas to showers, making it perfect for families.
My wife says that adding blackout curtains for kids' sleep would be ideal.

I felt like a queen in the lovely King Loft. The full kitchen was my playground, and the clean bathroom was a sanctuary. I enjoyed the free breakfast but felt like I was in a chlorine bath in the pool.
Trying to sleep on that medieval torture device they called a bed was just delightful.

The beds at Palmera Inn weren't as cozy as I'd hoped for, which left me waking up sore throughout the night. the loft rooms were incredibly spacious and nice. It was great having two full bathrooms, and the cleanliness of the rooms and property was impressive. The pool area was clean with plenty of chairs, and the availability of propane grills for BBQs was a nice touch. One downside was the lack of dish soap in the kitchenette, which deterred me from using it. the sound insulation in the loft rooms wasn't great, as the TVs from different floors could be heard too loudly. The location of the inn was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the two bathrooms in the room and the spaciousness of the loft. the lack of maid service and the late breakfast start time at 7:00 AM was inconvenient, especially for those with early morning activities like tennis or golf. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking, which made me question the thoroughness of the housekeeping. Maintenance issues like the shower not getting hot were addressed poorly, and the front desk staff were unhelpful and borderline rude. The check-in process could also use improvement, as the staff seemed indifferent and unaccommodating. Palmera Inn has its strengths like the spacious rooms, clean property, and convenient location.

Had a great weekend stay with my husband, the beach was super close, and the décor was beachy and clean. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a refrigerator and a microwave. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of choices like eggs, sausage, and pancakes.
The bed was uncomfortably firm, and the patio light disrupted my sleep. The ice machine in the hallway was too noisy, and our patio was right above loud air conditioners.

The location was awesome, it was nestled in a peaceful and beautiful area with stunning greenery and palm trees around. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchenette was handy for quick meals. The outdoor pool was a great spot to chill.
There were a few downsides though. The breakfast could use some improvement;

the place was super clean and just minutes away from coligny and all the good spots. staff were amazing - they got us whatever we needed pronto - even had maintenance fix our TV in a flash. cons: recommend. anyway - overall good vibes and a solid spot for a chill stay.

Our queen loft room at Park Lane provided a spacious and comfortable stay for our family of six. The granite counters, fireplaces, and small balcony added a touch of luxury. The location was a bit out of the way, but the bikes helped us reach the beach in just 10 minutes. The rates were competitive, and we found the amenities to be just as described on the hotel website. The quick drive to the beach and the nearby shopping areas were convenient. The overall experience was positive, and we would consider staying here again.

We even hit up Shelter Cove for boat charters and rad nature excursions. Hilton Head is the bomb with its beaches, parks, shopping, and golf spots!
Yo, if they had a cooler pool party vibe with music and games for us young peeps, that'd be top-notch! .

Our stay at this conveniently located hotel was a delightful experience. The ready-made breakfast was quick and easy, and we appreciated the spaciousness of our studio apartment. The pet-friendly policy was a huge bonus, as our furry friend enjoyed the outside access for walks. The employees, especially Anita, were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The cleanliness, modern bathroom, and on-site laundry facilities added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.
The location of our third-floor patio was unfavorable, as it directly overlooked noisy air conditioners and lacked a pleasing view. Additionally, there were cigarette butts on the patio, which was unexpected for a non-smoking hotel.

we had to leave early for a family emergency and they were great - palmera inn and suites let us check out and are giving us a refund for the days we didn't stay. the inside of the place is absolutely gorgeous. good location, small balcony or patio for each room. well set up for a longer stay, with a kitchen and refrigerator, small cooktop, microwave, dishes. the staff was friendly and very accommodating. we enjoyed the pool towels and inclusive breakfast.
Cannot find any fault 😊

I chose Palmera Inn And Suites for its convenient location near The Art of Massage and Yoga Therapy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the personalized service from the experienced event planner. The menu with hand-written daily specials using the finest ingredients made every meal a delightful experience.
